SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMES 
The shipment takes place by post or express courier and will be carried out starting from 48 hours following the order for all materials available in stock.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's needs and we will promptly communicate any changes.

BB PolArt.com is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier, but undertakes to intervene to ensure delivery is successful within the expected time frame. The goods travel at the risk of the customer and we decline any responsibility for theft or damage for which the carrier is liable to the extent foreseen.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 48 hours from the date of the purchase order and it will be the responsibility of the transferee to refund the sums paid. To exercise this right it is necessary to communicate the decision by email to barbara.68@me.com. Upon delivery, the customer has 72 hours to communicate any faults and/or defects in the product and agree on the return.

BB PolArt.com reserves the right to evaluate any defects / errors and arrange for replacement. BB PolArt.com declines any responsibility for the assembly of the products and any damage caused by improper use of the same.
